I provide practical bespoke advice and support to HR professionals and managers. I have hands on experience of undertaking internal investigations, grievance meetings and disciplinary hearings. This ensures that I have a good understanding of the challenges HR and management face and that I provide pragmatic solutions. I regularly review and update policies, procedures and templates documents and I undertake the design and deliver several of the bespoke courses within Vista’s extensive management training catalogue, which includes topics such as:- • proactive people management, • dignity at work and • managing workplace investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.Other areas that I specialise in include collective bargaining and industrial action plus both contentious and non-contentious work to prevent and address discrimination.
