• Uphold highest standards of FXP Fitness and Represent the Brand to local and national Fitness Communities according to the “Contractor Handbook” and “Master Trainer” protocols• Generate trainer leads and/or host leads for training dates/locations and assist in scheduling teacher trainings• Promote and secure product sales at tradeshows• Participate as an active voice in the FXP Fitness social media community as well as the FXP Fitness Certified Trainer community• Respond to emails in a timely manner- within 24 hours, whenever possible• Responsibly manage reimbursable expenses to the lowest cost when traveling• Wear only FXP Fitness attire when representing FXP Fitness at training, events, media, etc.• Participate in tradeshows by setting up, tearing down, working booth hours, and coordinating logistics• Follow-up on trainer interest forms to convert into active trainers• Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, etc.• Coordinate travel, supplies and schedules for teacher training and tradeshows• Communicate with registered trainers leading up to and following teacher training• Communicate receipt and results of teacher training practical exams• Maintain trainer records and manage customer orders to ensure smooth customer experiences• Assist with planning, coordination, and communication related to trainer retreat• Assist as needed with other requests, not explicitly outlined, but as they serve the benefit of the Company• Contractor will use own computer, technology, etc to perform services

Maintains current industryspecificdetailed technical knowledge to provide one-on-one, small, and largegroup training on assigned products. Responsibilities:• Consistently Deliver Sustainable Sales Results- Analyze business results and market opportunities to establish stretch goals and strategies to obtain these goals- Implement strategies and relentlessly target goal achievement• Train and develop Sales Leaders and Top Selling Representatives through coaching and mentoring- Conduct Avon Opportunity Meetings and generate interest through influencing, motivation, praise and recognition potential Leaders and Top Sellers- Conduct 90 day business planning sessions on a quarterly basis• Appoint, Train and Develop New Sales Leaders- Identify people with the aspirations, abilities and qualities to build a successful business or lead a team- Role model and coach the Sales Leaders in Time/ Calendar Management and Business Analysis skills- Interact consistently with all Sales Leaders following-up to role model, coach, and observe activities, calendar management and performance. - Motivate, praise and recognize achievement of others• Plan and Analyze Results (daily/ campaign/ quarterly/ annually)- Review and Analyze daily pertinent reports that drive the district performance to identify/address performance gaps- Build action plans for field activities based on current strategies & update daily/bi-weekly/monthly calendar accordingly• Execute Avon activities & strategies- Engage in deployment of Sales & Marketing Strategies and Field Activation- Drive a strong Field Events Strategy with high energy towards Prospects, Representatives & Sales Leaders by leveraging use of alliances, experts, partnerships and social media.• Represent Avon core values, principles and best practices in the field

- Began career at Sprint PCS in August 1997 as a Temporary Sales Representative and voted "Valedictorian" of the first training class in the Los Angeles market. Opened up 7 kiosk locations. - Promoted to permanent status in September 1997 and charged with opening up the first Sprint PCS Retail Store in LA located in Beverly Hills. - Promoted to Assistant Retail Store Manager in October 1997. Acted as Interim Store Manager at the Irvine location from June - August 1998. - Promoted to Area Trainer in February 1999. - Promoted to Business Region Sales Trainer in March of 2002. - Returned to Consumer Training in January 2004.Specialties:Trained the following classes as a Trainer at Sprint: New Hire Orientation, All Inclusive Workplace, Workplace Violence, Retail Host, Retail Systems, numerous sales training classes, Behavioral Interviewing, Presentation Skills, Training Techniques, various Indirect Channel classes, customer service classes.
