Green Talent Staffing is located in the epicenter of the clean tech industry in San Diego, California and is a full service staffing agency with expertise in solar & renewable energy, green building and environmental. Suzanne successfully grew Green Talent Staffing to serve regional, nationally and international clients and is actively involved in promoting the transition to clean energy and green building. She has been an advocate for renewable energy for many years and believes that it isn’t just a matter of cleaner air; it’s a moral, cultural, and economic imperative to establish and maintain long-term professional relationships and promote the ever expanding world of green business.

Responsibilities included: Overseeing all activities related successfully placing approximately 1,500 Information Technology graduates per year. Established new department which included: Developing all career related workshops, manage and train staff of four in facilitation of workshops, business development to attract new employers. Liaison between the employer community and Information Technology instructors to make recommendations with regards to curriculum development to keep up with emerging technologies. When I was hired, the placement rate was approximately 65% and the relationships with the employer community was ineffective. By 1996, the placement rate increased to 95% by attracting new clients such as Oracle Corporation, Qualcomm, Cox Communications, Microsoft Corporation, and Sun MicroSystems to name a few.
