As an undergraduate student at the University of Connecticut, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications. I am looking to establish a career as a marketing specialist in hopes of possibly owning my own business or working with an international marketing firm. My interest in marketing was sparked towards the end of my high school career and has become more apparent with positions that require excellent interpersonal skills. Through my mentorship role in the First Year Experience program and teaching children through the Presbyterian Church of Manchester, I have been able to hone my facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
