Activities :- responsible for the EMEA vendors of outer nutrition (personal care) products In short this means placing orders, stock Venray warehouse, production forecast, production planning, monitor scrap components/raw ingredients vendor site, measure vendor performance, monitor component changes, price agreements, monitor product life cycle, monitor planning KPI's- participate in different vendor planning related project- participate in projects implementing new vendor interface system and upgrade of existing ERP system

Contact with the vendors on the supply of products and placing order. Forecasting. Management of the stock. Monitor and improve processes. Projects : - launches of new products - phase out existing (monitoring product life cycle)- launches in new countries (like China)- KPI's- Sustainable workability , advise to Management ; Organise Health week ; Organise week for the workstress with different workshops- Great Place to Work- Systems - implementation upgrade ERP systems - ASCP planning- Innovation Champion - setting up innovation culture within the organisation ; work in projects related to innovation/ proces changes and sustainability within the organisation

Maastricht

Activities :- Responsible for the reverse logistics flow of the spare parts and consumables and monitor set goals (5 persons) In short this means monitor flow from parts from customer to repair centre. Whole flow within the repair centre of these parts. Flow from repair centre to general distribution centre or return to vendor. Responsible for the value and stock levels within the whole reverse flow Arrange stock takes at the repair centre and make price agreements about the repair- Link the reverse flow to inventory management- Purchase/inventory management of spare parts at distribution centre in Maastricht.

Maastricht

Activities : - responsible for the logistic department (3 persons) - set up the logistical part of the new establishment in Maastricht - monitoring of the production and stock levels, forecasting - involved in the project of moving the total production from Singapore to the Netherlands - contact/visit large customers - monitoring with the product managers implementation of new product versions - set up and implement new ERP system - participate in the project of integrating the acquisition of a related company

Born

Activities : - responsible for the purchase department (4 persons) - member of management team - aim for an acceptable level/value of stock within the distribution centre in Born and the other European sites. - with the purchase policy gain a certain customer service level - involved with several projects of closing warehouses/ integrating acquisitioned companies within and outside the country. - participate in the project of moving the own distribution centre from Kerkrade to Born. - set up the customer service department

Sittard

Activities : - Arrange all what is needed after a sale is done by the sales department outside EU Contact customer, arrange production, arrange components and RI, transportation, custom clearance/ documentation. - Contact with governmental organisation in relation to restitutions on the products
