After twenty years in equity derivatives sales and marketing roles in Australia, Europe and the Mediterranean, I have dedicated my work to helping individuals align their values, actions and passions to live and lead authentically, connect with their natural desire to grow and forge their legacy in the world.I also work with committed teams and organisations to develop cultures grounded in purpose, values and sustainability.I lead self-discovery tours, rich in social impact, through Nepal to help participants move towards what makes them feel alive. Through my work with Meg's Children Nepal, I match sponsors with aspiring Nepalese students to enable them to reach their academic and professional goals and break the cycle of poverty.My first book, The Gift of Burnout, is due out late 2024. Part memoir, part self-development, this book maps my journey through burnout and out the other side. While burnout might feel like the end of the world, it's really the beginning of a new one if we embrace its gift.
