My experience of both hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational interviewing allow me to use a combination of these techniques to help my clients achieve their goals. I also run regular corporate mindfulness workshops for businesses aimed at boosting motivation and wellbeing of staff.
