My primary role was to design business solutions to optimize debt management / collections processes, using Experian products and services to match best practice. This translated into the initial solution design, which was bridging the gap between IT and the business. Integrated in the project path was the complete test track, which consisted of the identification of the data needed to perform all tests, the development of all test scenarios, which were based on all changes implemented on the Tallyman software and consisted of:Tests for new functionality Test for legacy functionalityTest for parallel functions that were not changed, but for which the code was changed to accommodate the new functionalities.My role also included Project Management of current issues and new deployments for specific large customer accounts.Among other tasks were: Market research, Software review for magazines, Credit articles for magazines, RFI/RFP responses to prospective customers

I was responsible for both education and documentation within the company. I developed courses and certifications for SWIFT and AML products, which were used for both internal and external customers. I wrote all user guides for all developed software, including AML. This was done in close relationship with the development department of which I was also a member. During the writing phase, testing and bug tracking was also part of the work. Other duties included: Pre-sales demonstrations at customer sites, ad hoc installations, for more complicated installations, consultancy for SWIFT and AML products and fairs, such as the CAMS Annual International Money laundering Conference, • Assist in sales management activities including the development of sales training, sales tools, sales proposals, and presenting value proposition to customers and executives.• Work directly with the field sales force to provide relevant product expertise necessary to close on sales deals• Develop product knowledge and implement training programs for sales force and customers• Interface with sales and customer service to provide business direction and support.• Attend sales trips to help sell products and to gather market intelligence regarding SIDE solutions• Work with the development teams to quickly develop new functionality in the applications. • Participate in design and testing sessions as needed to transfer product knowledge and assist in developing the applications.• Assist in transferring business requirements into a tangible product that enables high-value processes• Collaborate with strategic partners to gather market intelligence and to define and design SIDE applications• Build and maintain roadmap for SIDE applications based on company strategy and business cases • Certification development for all SIDE software• Editor for SWIFT related software user guides• Pre-sales demonstrations at customer sites and international fairs
