Manage a caseload of 90 students per class grades 9-12. Assisted with restructuring of the PRO and Opening Week new student orientation programs to better meet the university’s learning objectives and new students’ academic advising and adjustment needs. Streamlined orientation publications to better reflect the purpose of each program. Developed Opening Week activities which included Convocation and managing over 50 upper-class student volunteers serving as small group mentors. Assisted in the hiring and training of student leaders.

Organized and conducted orientation and advising programs for 2,200 new and transfer students entering Southeast Missouri State University. Oversaw the day-to-day operations for the orientation office. Trained and supervised 15 student orientation leaders and 75 student volunteer mentors. Coordinated academic advising with faculty and college advising coordinators. Managed an annual operations budget of over $165,000. Assisted with the creation and administration of the nationally recognized First-year Learning Teams (FLighT) program. Trained and assisted with the supervision of 50 FLighT peer mentors. Managed all Dance/Cheer Clinics for over 250 children ages three to twelve.

Recruited and counseled high school and community college students in the St. Louis and Chicago metro areas. Worked as a team member to attract a freshmen class of over 3,200 students each year. One-third of the new students came from assigned territories. Total enrollments from assigned territories increased by over 15%. Worked with faculty to organize seven on-campus recruitment events, each event hosting 500 to 1000 prospective students and their families.
