Responsible for the daily operations of our portfolio management proces, focusing on the quality of our investment decisions, and on the progress (budget, time, quality) of our mainly IT-related projects. Supporting projects with tooling, forecasting, communications and stakeholders involvement. Current focus on:- Scaled Agile Portfolio Management- Benefits Management- Cooperation with other NS departments- SharePoint support

Monitoring and managing the high-speed and international train schedule: securing punctuality by solving personnel, rolling-stock, and infrastructural problems.

Research and advice on public policy issues (design, implementation), on demand from government and semi-government agencies.

Teaching working groups on Dutch Politics and Dutch political history.

Two projects: coding Dutch newspapers on left-right interpretations of political issues & collecting and analysing data on the educational results of the department.

Representing the student population on the management board of the department.

Organizing workshops on the democratic development of parliamentary practice in central, eastern and south-eastern Europa.
