As the Catering Lead, I was responsible for ensuring that all events on campus went smoothly from planning to the end of the event. This included checking on all events as they were occurring to confirm the clients were satisfied.When in the office, my position was responsible for creating pack-out lists for each event to make sure that all items necessary for an event was packed and ready. I was also responsible for inventory to ensure that we had what was needed on hand for each event; whether we needed to order special items for specific events or if we needed to remove items from storage for specific events.

Provides supplemental food and beverage staffing for events ranging from small buffets to large multi course plated dinners. Duties include set-up and break down of event space, review of BEOs to ensure expectations are met by the direct client and the event contact, along with at the moment fulfillment of client needs. Perform leadership role at venues including: VIP server, team server lead, and ensuring that multiple BEOs within an event location are fulfilled and all clients are satisfied; participate in follow-up discussions to ensure future events are more successful. Locations throughout the Atlanta area, including but not limited to hotels and resorts, private country clubs, corporate offices, and local universities.

Provide individualized instruction in an online tutorial environment for chemistry students up through introductory college chemistry students.Clearly communicate concepts while maintaining time management and creative methods towards problem solving and concept understanding.
