Vanuit de chaos van een creatief proces naar concrete structuren en procedures. 100% commitment, betrokken en hands-on, dat ben ik. In de breedte van vele ideeën, stel ik steeds de vraag: 'ja, en?'. Van waaruit ik prioriteer wat het meest belangrijk is. Ik ben graag kritisch omdat ik voel dat dat in de samenwerking en het bouwen van een concept van grote toegevoegde waarde is. Nooit hoor je me ‘ja, maar’ zeggen.

IamNL is a Dutch 'startup voor statushouders', a company where refugees work on language skills, job skills, mindset and chances at the labor market. This holistic approach empowers people to become prepared for their next job. At IamNL I fullfill the role of process manager. Internally focused on facilitating the process of empowerment. How I do this? By giving space for every individual to find their own answer and own step towards the next job. I help people help themselves.Externally focused I link with different levels in organizations and explore the needs of director, manager and direct colleagues regarding the employment of a new IamNL-worker. This I do in the hiring-phase, and as well during employment. How I do this? By being a bridge between company and employee. Specific example is on-the-job coaching and support.

MUD Jeans is a innovative denim brand for which I contributed to marketing communications: started a successful Christmas campaign, improved SEO and initiated Mailchimp Automation.

Initiative of eight young people travelling around the Netherlands in a Volkswagen T2 to support businesses, startups and communities with their business challenges. We worked for Gemeente Alkmaar, Wonderlab, Crowdfundinghub, Improgression, Picknick met een klik, Watersportcamping Heeg, Hotspot Hutspot, Stadsambassadeurs Rotterdam and THUIS Wageningen. Our slogan: One week to accelerate, disturb and connect.

In 2012 in co-creation with others I initiated a networkevent that during the past years has grown into ‘Drive In Festival’. A multiple days event with the aim to strengthen the community of social innovators in Breda. In 2016 we celebrated the fifth and (for now) last festival at STEK.

Performatory is for me so much more than just a place where I studied. It's a community where individual visions and ideas become valuable initiatives in co-creation with others. Performatory facilitates this proces by adding education, network, knowledge, experiences, work spaces, and (young entrepreneurial) drivership. This program connects students, professionals and organizations. I always felt a great connection with and responsibility for this community, and got involved by organizing events, intervening strategically, writing blogs and being a host.

World=U is an international youth movement that enables students to take local action on global issues.Together with a team of students and professionals in Tilburg, I participated in the first edition of World=U. We had several dialogues and developed a sustainable concept, we made a tool to create awareness of waste.
