I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic product owner with firsthand experience that great digital solutions begins with user-centered design and development. For the past twenty years, I've developed several digital services that focuses on solving both user and business needs. Initially as a UX designer, then as a web manager, and in recent years as a strategist and product owner for digital services. This means that I drive all aspects of the work forward, from strategic long-term work with roadmaps and OKRs, to day-to-day management working with an agile team, stakeholders and handling the backlog. I thrive when I get to work at the intersection between the customer and the business, as I know that's where we'll find the solutions worth building.I'm good at connecting with people and building relationships to take both the team and the product forward. My curiosity is useful when it comes to collaborating to find new ideas and solutions, which can push innovation and growth for the company as well as the team. My focus is always on delivering the right quality and finding the best solution suitable to the conditions, which often can be limited. In recent years, I've had the privilege of working with several web sites that after a redesign won the Web Service Award for "Improver of the Year", an award based on visitors' ratings.Most of my previous roles have been new to the company, which has made it necessary for me to find new ways of working where there have been none before. I am often the one who connects different skills and perspectives; from management and operations, to IT and communication, and further to designers and developers. I have experience in the areas of agile product development, service design and UX, change management and strategy work. As a person, I am driven, empathic and unpretentious.
