Project Manager
Current• Manages multiple types of projects including on-boarding outside vendors/contractors, coordinates and conducts small group and individual training sessions based on staff and organizational learning needs, provides project communication plans, checkpoint meetings and written project summaries • Responsible for the planning, executing and managing all aspects and phases of HIM Coding Projects • HIM Coding PM for 3M360 Go-live Projects: Avon Hospital, Marymount/Medina Hospitals, Abu Dhabi – CCAD, Akron Hospital, Enterprise Project and as assigned• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials and disseminate to all appropriate parties in advance of meetings (meetings are often in multiple time zones and involve 50+ stakeholders and numerous moving parts)• Monitor overall quality, accuracy and productivity of the coding process, to support revenue cycle management goals: (1) Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions (2) identify trends, determine system improvements and implement change• Schedules, builds agenda’s and leads project meetings and reports to stakeholders and/or project team using various reporting tools• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews• Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in order to meet timelines• Meets department reporting objectives using A3-Six Sigma, 4 Square Executive Reporting, SBAR, True North Visual Management as required for forecasting requirements
