Focusing, creative visualization and mindfulness are valuable skills, first for self-loving and then loving others. People can only love and appreciate you as much as you love and honor yourself. My workshops and coaching provide an easy to understand background that takes the best of Western Psychology and combines it with Eastern Philosophy. As an energetic speaker, I conduct "Into-me-see" workshops, seminars, and conference presentations from coast to coast. The take home message is that we need to understand the concept of looking inward and focusing on ourselves before we can understand others and cultivate healthy, happy relationships.My specialties include trust building with business teams, as well as college students and couples. Relationship issues are often about boundaries and intimacy, which is more about true friendship rather than sexuality. My other interests include Health Promotion and the Hospice movement.
