CurrentDesigned and developed a powerful national membership dashboard to tell the PTA story. Lead the Field Service and Training teams, a team of 9. The field service team works with the 54 PTA state congresses and other PTA stakeholders to increase sustainability, visibility, and membership. Several new and updated NPTA products and services have been developed to help the congresses: State-to-State Report; State Presidents’ Guide to NPTA; State President Transition Toolkit; State Level Membership Toolkit; State Leader Resource Bank; LinkedIn group for state president and president elects; membership recruitment brochures; revamped and streamlined the entire Standards of Affiliation Agreement; updated and redesigned Standards of Affiliation trainings, tools and resources; etc. In the training area, reconstituted the entire e-learning program, offerings, and moved to a new platform. Move from state level focused courses to courses geared to educate local PTA leaders. Courses were expanded from approximately 10 to over 25, including both full and micro courses. Several courses are now offered in Spanish. Since going live with registration through an AMS system 2013, there have been over 25,000 registrants. The team also handles the entire workshop call and selection process, working with both volunteers and staff, for the annual convention where 40-65 workshops are presented and 10+ meet-ups. Also manage the production of 15+ National Representative Presentations, which are presented by national board members at state PTA events.
