Suzanna (Suz) Christison is an experienced Leadership Development and Facilitation Consultant. Her work across a range of sectors includes natural resource management, education, health, local government, community, small business and disability. Suz is passionate about working with people to develop the potential of individuals and organisations through innovative process and group-work. As a manager at Typo Station Youth Program and then Mittagundi Outdoor Education Centre, her facilitation of small staff teams grew her skills in managing logistics and conflict in remote areas and group-work in diverse environments. Her work in the outdoors and community sectors has encompassed adolescent groups, young people with disabilities, adult groups and community groups. Suz has a strong commitment to community wellbeing and has taken an active role in the community which further enhances her understanding of community leadership. She works on a strength-based framework: finding and growing the things that are working well, celebrating achievements and exceptions to the problem.
