I am a project leader and brand manager for Synectic Accountants and Advisers, on the beautiful island of Tasmania. I recently studied Applied Design at Foundry, which has uncovered my passion for data-driven, human-focused design.I'm inspired by working in a progressive, supportive firm and am an avid believer in continuous learning and continually seeking to implement better practices.I work on developing the firm through a compelling range of projects, from quality assurance and new technologies, to culture and corporate identity. I work closely with management and staff with a conviction that a purpose-driven organisation can change the world. My most satisfying work has been helping our team uncover and articulate our purpose; realising that it’s our potential to enrich people’s lives that gets us out of bed every day.I enjoy the challenge of managing change, achieving business efficiencies, growth and positive client outcomes, supporting staff, and continually developing our brand.
