Utilizing interpersonal skills to provide customer service to visitors and employees while maintaining a presence to protect against unauthorized access to sensitive areas and discourage suspicious activity, follow SOP to maintain quality of service and contract compliance, and maintain proper documentation of activities and incidents. August 1, 2016Security Operations OfficerMonitor and respond to alarms for client sites. Monitor CCTV, Utilize WinDSX to monitor activity and ensure that client sites are secure, Monitor NC4 to notify clients of incidents that may impact their sites and interrupt their normal business. Serve on SMARRT Team to respond to natural disasters or other incidents that require increased security presence.

Utilized Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT) to assist adolescents who have exhausted other treatment options in the community. These youth have behavioral and emotional challenges generally combined with social and academic deficits.

Responsible for the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a single shift at a G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. client’s site.Additional responsibilities:Oversee the staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to his/her shift.Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.Maintain overtime to a preset requirement designated by G4S.Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift.Perform other operations related functions (e.g.,review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders).Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.Respond to client requests.
