About Suzi Mitchell
Taylor-Made Dreams make dreams happen for children with life limiting illness in Kent, Sussex and Surrey and provides the family with financial, emotional and practical support alongside their difficult journey. Taylor-Made Dreams was set up on 8 August 2014 in memory of and inspired by my son, the late Taylor Mitchell, who sadly lost his battle of five years against a terminal condition in September 2011 at the age of just 15. I recognised the gap in charitable services to realise not only the unique ‘Bucket List’ wishes of terminally ill children, but the need for these to be provided alongside therapeutic and counselling support for the child and immediate family members.We are proud to be supported by an incredible community of individuals and businesses and are always delighted to welcome new supporters on board. visit www.taylormadedreams.org.uk to find out more
