Prior to joining and including my tenure at OpenTech Alliance, I have served as an Executive Assistant, HR Manager, Director of Operations, VP of Human Resources and currently a Quality Assurance Software Engineer. I have worked in a global operational capacity within the Information Technologies, Mortgage, Healthcare, Luxury Homebuilder and Legal business sectors. Since joining OpenTech, I have been instrumental in the implementation of OpenTech internal policies and procedures. As an integral part of the OpenTech Executive team, I have progressively overseen the company’s logistics, talent management, and overall aspects of operational protocol. I have also served as an officer for Opentech Alliance as the Company Secretary. In my current role as a QA Engineer I am the QA lead on our IoE product, Access Control. INSOMNIAC CIA gives the self-storage owner total control of a single or thousands of properties, and addresses issues with older PC-based systems including technology, warranty, installation, and support.
