CurrentI don’t like waste. I don’t like wasting electricity. I don’t like wasting water and I especially don’t like the waste of human potential.Every day I see people wasting their energy doing work where they are not valued, where they are marginalised, frustrated or perhaps just bored. It breaks my heart. Because they are capable of so much more. And the world needs more. More than ever, it needs more. It needs us to play a little bigger than we are playing now - as scary as that is.I am a practical coach. This is what I will do. I will listen to where you are at, and where you'd like to be. If you don't know where you'd like to be, we will explore it. And then we will re-write the story of your life. And together we will create the strategy that will allow you to live that story. We will devise experiments, and tackle the uncertainty. We will hold you accountable. We will recover from any setbacks and we will celebrate the wins. If you need structure to make this happen, we will establish it. If you need tools, we will find them.And you will no longer be playing small, or by someone else's rules. You will be stepping up.
