Accurately and efficientlyreview Loan Application, Underwriter approval summary, income verification, title report, settlement statement, loan commitment, appraisals and varies other required documents to insure a 2nd mortgage Subordination approval.

Educate members and cross sell credit union products, service and delivery systems. Responsible for successful sales and service goals by building strong long term relationships. Facilitated training for direct reports to develop strengths and achieve their highest level of sales performance

Manage the day to day activities of the Mortgage Servicing Unit, including cashiering, escrow, investor reporting, and member relations. Manage and coordinate al first and 2nd mortgage loan closing, funding and servicing duties. Directed all aspects of Secondary Market 1st mortgage loan sales including delivery, reconciliation, remittance and investor reporting. Responsible for accuracy in investor loan sales, income and profit for the department
