Throughout all European business divisions we identified opportunities to reduce data corruption, recover costs associated with poor data entry, process failures and actual service cost recovery, such as failure to cease lines where we identified near $4M in the first 18 months.

As a field engineer the key priority was to provide timely 24/7 problem management and support of all data centres, fibre networks and client site faults to major financial and media organisations across their core telecom and data services. Other responsibilities ranged from recruiting and training engineers, service installations, client technical consultation, departmental documentation, quality process and product diagnostics, CRM practices including KPI's and SLAs for internal and external customers as well as electronically standardising and transferring all technical provisioning records from paper files.
