As a dedicated, tenacious ITIL-accredited Service Delivery and Customer Services Manager with 17 years’ experience in leadership roles at BT, I’ve developed a versatile skillset across client service delivery, team leadership, project management, service design / transition and service desk management. My strengths lies in dedication to achieving objectives for my clients and employers, providing technical, operational and commercial expertise in a wide range of pressurised environments, leading from the front to resolve problems, drive productive change and deliver optimal standards of service. Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate to have built, worked with and learned from some great teams, including a key career highlight of winning, setting up and managing BT’s ground-breaking PFI deal, the £34M managed services contract with Kent County Council. I’m passionate about what I do, and relish opportunities to provide technical and operational problem resolution under pressure to deadlines and budget constraints. My career includes nine years in Thailand, where I built an IT consulting business and drove commercial growth of a risk protection company. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of adaptability, listening carefully and planning meticulously, with a clear focus on customer requirements.After a career break and having returned to Truro in the UK, it’s time to seek a new challenge.
