I provide targeted coaching, training and organizational assessments, especially for budget and time constrained clients.My operations background and skills honed during past recessions allow me to quickly assess what obstacles prevent senior leaders from executing on strategy. I have been trusted to work very privately and confidentially with executives in sensitive, high profile situations. I provide candid, easily implemented recommendations to help leaders operate under conditions of uncertainty. We focus on creating sustainable results and on generating increased confidence in them and in those they manage. Recently I have helped a new executive reorganize a fast paced operation and facilitate decision making for team leaders. For performance directors, I have provided guidance to solve team conflict and quickly build communication skills to enable the team to handle ongoing challenges. Onsite coaching includes an agenda so that we make the most of our time; current research related to the agenda topics to provide backup material useful upon reflection; and a summary of the session to serve as progress points. It can be done one-on-one or with other members of the executive's staff or team.On-call coaching is available to assist in determining specific strategies for an upcoming meeting or a communication requiring an immediate response.
