With a career that has spanned since banner ads, I have been blessed to work in the exciting space of digital marketing and all its advancements. The past few years has seen creator content become a mainstay in marketing strategies, platforms like Instagram and TikTok have exploded, and integrations with Shopify, and Amazon, TikTok Shop offering direct sales, and endless AI tools and tech, to reach more buyers, and build relationships. Founder and employee-generated content is fast becoming the authentic horse in the race, and it's awesome seeing the creativity and telling the story from the heart. My passion is promotion and growth, and I’m always honored to be trusted to bring both.My Content Crew, came about from feedback, from brands and artists, that a lack of resources and high costs, hinder having lots of on-trend content to use, and they'd love to have a cost-effective supply of funky social content.My journey has equipped me with a unique blend of skills in crafting growth strategies, generating leads, and innovative marketing ideas. I remember back in 2001 when promoting Tribe Online, at all University Orientation days here in Western Australia, Red Bull was sponsoring us, which was great. Still, they could only give us about three slabs per event, which would not last long in my calculations, and I wanted to make the drink go further, have Tribe ‘create a buzz’, as was our slogan, and be in the crowd. The idea came to me, Red Bull Slushies, or snow cones, as we call them here. I sourced little cone-shaped cups, stuck Tribe stickers on the side, hired a slushie machine, added the Red Bull, and away we went, it made gallons😊 As a result, we added over 2,500 to our user database in two weeks, not to mention having the longest queue and crowd all day, as who didn’t want Red Bull Snow Cone on 40-degree days?
