As a Recruitment Assistant at East Sussex Council, I support the Recruitment Human Resources Organisational Development (HRDO) team in providing a professional advertising and onboarding service to managers and candidates. With the skills I gained as an Human Resources Administrator at Sussex University and over two decades of experience in the financial sector I have developed strong attention to detail, data analysis, and customer service skills that I apply to my current role. I hold a Master of Science in HR Management from the University of Portsmouth, CIPD Level 7, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with French from the University of Sussex. These qualifications have equipped me with the theoretical and practical knowledge of HR best practices, as well as the cultural and linguistic competencies to work in diverse and inclusive environments. I am passionate about people and HR, and I am always eager to learn and grow in this field. My goal is to make a positive impact on the wellbeing, performance, and development of the people I work with.
