A specialized role to impact the entire cancer care continuum through engagement with a variety of Health Systems and Cancer Care Programs including NCI-Designated Cancer Centers, Integrated Delivery Systems, Commissions on Cancer, Veterans and Safety Net Hospitals.

• Responsible for leading the pursuit of new opportunities, managing and cultivating relationships that drive involvement of accounts to achieve ACS mission efforts.• Promote the adoption and implementation of ACS programs, and deliver on evidence-based strategies designed to broad population impact on reducing cancer incidence and decreasing mortality rates. Work to further the strategic implementation of local, nationwide, and global initiatives across corporate, social, and public sectors.• Collaborate with Hospital Systems executives to increase market penetration, and engagement of their organizations. Ensure goal achievement through the effective leadership and management of diverse staff, and the engagement and mobilization of Volunteers.

• Developed, implemented, and maintained a $5 Million Dollar fundraising portfolio to ensure achievement of goals, resulting in a 40% increase in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and 6% increase in Relay For Life fundraising revenue from 2008 to 2012.• Responsible for the recruitment, orientation, training, and supervision of over 6 Relay For Life, Making Strides, Golf, Coaches vs. Cancer, Daffodil Days and Administrative team members in the execution of over 40 fundraising events and mission programs.• On-boarded, developed and maintained over 10 Key Corporate Account Relationships to maximize fundraising potential and volunteer recruitment resulting in the fundraising management of over $300,000 raised in 2012.• Utilizing Account Based Management secured sponsorship asks from Hospital Systems such as MedStar, University of Maryland, Upper Chesapeake, John Hopkins Medicine, and Great Baltimore Medical Center, resulting in an increase of revenue.•Developed and implemented volunteer engagement strategies with Hospital systems to advance the mission of the society.• Served as the primary local lead for National Corporate Team Partners Delta and Wal-Mart and served as National Lead for Cintas who in 2012 had 24 teams and raised over $74,000 in their first year.

• Facilitated 15 SA RFL Dept. Trainings, as well as Regional Trainings to insure that RFL strategic priorities were accomplished in over 80 Events, resulting in a 7% revenue increase for the 2005 Season, a 9% revenue increase for the 2006 Season and 13% revenue increase in the 2007 Season.• Coached staff and volunteers on an individual level with challenging Events through office visits and community field work in Delaware, National Capital, and Maryland.• Produced approximately 12 Training Facilitator Guides for Divisional and State Trainings.• Lead State Task Force volunteer team to develop and manage Relay University from 2004-2008, resulting in increased participation and overall Summit satisfaction of exceeding expectations at above 90% in 2006 and 2007.• Reversed Regional "Did Not Grow" Ranking of last place in 2005 to (2) Regions leading the Division in 2007 with lowest percentage of DNG Events through our State focused priority.

• Interim Income Development Director responsible for training/mentoring income and mission managers to produce highly successful Relay For Life Events.• Managed multiple large-scale fundraising Events through training, coordination, and motivation of volunteer committees resulting in Top quartile Scorecard Rankings for Events. Surpassed all Income Goals for assigned Events in the 2004 in Relay For Life and Daffodil Days Campaigns resulting in $700,000 raised.• Served on South Atlantic Division’s Relay For Life Design Team that resulted in the re-designed merger of operations and procedures.• Developed, implemented, and maintained productive Internship.
