I have over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, and I am also a licensed insurance agent. In my current role, I provide administrative and clerical support to the manager, as well as the sales and customer service departments. I handle all the A/R and A/P accounts in Quickbook, also do the reconcile of bank transaction, issue invoices to customers and provide all the office support to meet the business need. By the end of every month, I prepare the balance sheet, profit sheet and cash sheet for shareholders' review and reply their concerns about operations.In my previous role as an insurance agent at New York Life Insurance Company, I helped individuals and families meet their insurance and financial needs.
