• Reviewing transactional requests to process salary recoveries, and revenue distribution then generation of journal entries to process requests• Review of supporting documentation to insure eligibility and compliance, • Calculation and distribution of overhead on legal contracts and upon request complete invoices required for cost recovery on Research projects• Performing cross-review of journals, invoices, project set-up, and project budgets• Daily use of PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office

• Gathering and processing clients’ financial information• Determining eligibility for supportive services, subsidies, and other benefits• Interpreting policies and practices to clients and service providers• Liaising with professional teams, government departments, client agents, and service providers• Ongoing evaluation and review of support entitlement

• Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices• Processing payments of invoices within payment deadlines• Coding documents according to company procedures/departments• Keeping record of invoices and support documents• General office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence

• Complete Needs Determination interviews and refer client to appropriate service option• Interview, refer, and select clients for Job Creation Partnerships• Complete and document client follow-up interviews for case-management and statistic purposes • Provide support to employers with jobs advertisements and selection of candidates• Assist clients with resume writing and interview preparation
