I am in charge of B2B Wholesale, Corner, Franchising and Travel Retail customers from East Europe, Middle East, Russia, Far East, South America, European countries including Malta, Cyprus, Portugal, U.K, Ukraine, Turkey and others. -Coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Team (Sellers, Showroom Assistants and Dresser). -Managing seasonal budget and forecasting. -Overseeing the customer orders’ processing, monitoring the sales targets achievement. -Analyzing the customers sales data on Best Store program. -Planning showroom meetings, events and scheduling customers appointments. -Supporting the online buying process with digital contents and tools (model book with prices, virtual showroom, video-presentation of the collections). -Managing packshots for customers websites. -Building and maintaining relationships with potential and current clients. -Interacting with different Departments (i.e. Style, VM, etc) in order to set up the Showroom in terms of sample management flow and Visual Merchandising. -Dealing with suppliers including model agencies, catering and others. -Maintaining a neat and tidy showroom at all times.
