As a Digital Trainer at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals, my mission is to enhance staff proficiency in clinical systems. Our team's dedication has significantly improved workflow efficiency across the hospital particularly assisting teams still using paper. With a Honours Degree and PGCE in Computer Science, I bring both technical knowledge and educational experience to Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.My approach is to be clear and transparent and I think communication and patience are key skills I bring from years of experience. I am passionate about empowering NHS staff with the digital skills necessary to help them in their role. I am interested in helping all staff across the trust to use digital to enhance both patient care but also assist in their daily work life. I want to show staff that Digital is can help and not hinder.
