All aspects of running a website, this includes:• Planning the finance, and reporting weekly and monthly trends and growth• Devising marketing plans in line with guidelines• Uploading products, writing descriptions for maximum SEO coverage• On-going improvements of day to day running of site• Sending out weekly promotions via email and on site• In-house deign of ad-hoc documentsIn general I am responsible for making sure the site is making a profit, working correctly and that the customer experience is a good one.

Website: updating features and making sure all information is current; ensuring optimisation of search engines and analysing data; taking and editing images for web use; updating company CRM. Publishing of monthly e-newsletter: sourcing relevant articles; writing articles for inclusion; finding and editing relevant imagery; editing; proof reading; updating distribution lists. Annual conference and event management; planning; venue searching; promotion; sourcing external speakers; communicating with delegates; designing and arranging print of associated documentation. PR and communication: writing and distributing press releases to relevant media; raising the profile of the organisation; building up relationships with journalists; writing articles for business related publications. Also instrumental in the rebrand of the organisation through designers and implemented through all collateral and ensuring all external work is cost effective and working within budget and as part of a team.
