I have been a member of the Tranzon Key team since 2005 and am a licensed auctioneer & realtor. During my tenure at Tranzon, clients have realized more than $100,000,000 through the successful sale of real estate and personal property. In addition to live auctioneering, buyer management and sales, I am the company finance manager overseeing the day to day company business. Formerly I was director of single seller marketing for real estate in the Baltimore-Washington region and successfully coordinated national marketing efforts for multiple commercial listings. I have particular experience assisting in the identification and qualification of buyers with extensive experience overseeing property-related due-diligence and creation of Tranzon Key’s industry-recognized property information packages. In addition to my auction training and background, I have more than ten years experience as a tax professional with significant experience relating to the tax consequences of the sale or exchange of real estate, rental property and related wealth and estate management issues. I am a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering where I was elected Secretary of her class. I have participated in on-going continuing education in the real estate field. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics from George Mason University where I was a national champion collegiate debater. I actively volunteer in the community and have served as an auctioneer for charities including the Big Heart Association (board member), area schools, Baltimore Junior League, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and others.
