Duties include working closely with the public, attorneys and their staff, caseworkers, etc.; assisting the Judge of Probate; research, maintaining and working with the Probate docket; scheduling Court cases for hearings; supervision and other duties of staff, secondary to the Register.

Duties include drafting pleadings and other legal documents; research; writing letters and email correspondence; working directly with clients, other offices, Courts, etc.; meeting with clients; assisting attorney with Court preparation; attended Court hearings to assist attorney; back up duties to the bookkeeper including paying bills, renewal of insurance policies, payroll, issuing checks, etc.; also responsible for maintaining the office and ordering supplies and inventory.
