I specialise in corporate wellness and in coaching stressed-out professionals to feel better and work smarter. I’d previously built a very successful career in PR – but I wasn’t thriving. In fact, I was barely coping as a mum of three and managing director of the consultancy I had founded. My business won a stack of industry awards: but they weren't enough to keep me in a career that didn’t chime with my true passion. Empowering people to thrive is what lights me up. I have no interest in wellness as a cosmetic, tick-boxing exercise that serves no lasting purpose. When I work with a company, I want to see its people transform their wellbeing – for good. I want to see them feel energised throughout the day, rather than slumping over their desk at 3pm. I want to see them manage their stress and build their emotional resilience, so they can handle their work with focus and creativity – and enjoy better relationships with their family.
