Profile bio

About Suzy Jasper

Prior to my public health career I had a successful career in nursing, which taught me many skills including how to relate and communicate with a variety of people. It has helped me cultivate my problem-solving abilities and allowed me to make a direct positive impact in peoples’ lives. I decided to change my career pathway to the public health field due to my growing need to make a broader impact on the health system. I completed my Master of Public Health with Distinction in 2022. My special interests include Aboriginal health, primary health care and aged care. Specifically strategising better ways in which we can serve the community and reduce inequity.
