Identified ideal processes for AI and Process Automation, oversaw and mentored RPA developers to achieve the deliverables. Forecasted long term impact of the RPA implementation and processes as well as held continuous meetings for stakeholders, made risk assessments and maintained and enhance governance structures to provide automation in the most effective and risk optimal way. Between April 2013 and August 2018 I managed several digital projects at Infomaker. Their focus is within the media industry and the news sector where I managed development of apps and the digital publishing platform. The customers are some of Sweden’s biggest newspapers and I am the bridge between the customer and the developers. We enabled easy and cost effective cross-platform publishing from the same editorial system. Within the projects I also handled workshops and training for the customer and their employees, manage support issues, testing, troubleshooting etc. I also worked as a more mainstream consultant where I help our customers with upgrades, installations and configuration for the different products.

After stepping down from the board of Malvina I got elected as an Honorary Member for all the work I had put into the re-organisation of Malvina. Where we went from 30 members to over 1300 members in less than 2 years.

I was part of the board and the President of Malvina, the student organization network mainly aimed to encourage exchange between female students within the technical university. I created the logo, art work, the website, in charge of arranging events etc and I was a big part of changing the organisation during these years. This has made Malvina one of the biggest student union organization with over 1000 members, compared to 30 members in 2007.

Started out as a administration manager, part time, and after 6 months I was working full time with various projects.Especially my broad knowledge of computers was appreciated, and I soon there after advanced and became the Webmaster for their national website. Additional work include creating different artwork and posters for i.e. the national YMCA championships and their annual reports.The web portal of YWCA-YMCA in Sweden was in need of an upgrade in 2008/2009. This led to a big project of designing, producing and managing the new website solution. Since I am attending university from September 2006 I was working part-time, where my job duties mostly involve being the webmaster and their technical problem solver whenever in need.

I was the Project Manager for EEF which main purpose is to connect and inspire student entrepreneurs. I was also a board member of Excitera, the student driven entrepreneurship organisation. The assignment included arranging 3 large events and a couple of smaller ones all in order to inspire students to become entrepreneurs.
