My role in this position included the facilitation and development of materials and programs for all store-level employees in the areas of induction, sales, customer service, products and service offerings for over 4K solution combinations, within 5 systems and to 100+ employees. To achieve these goals, I created an overall blended learning program utilizing classroom, online and 1:1 learning and supported these efforts with monthly coaching with all management staff. Both WA and NT led the nation in sales and revenue for this time period with each state achieving 130% of their EBIT goals.

Provided curriculum development, facilitation and coaching for change management initiatives and OD projects to clients throughout the continental US and Puerto Rico. Clients included: Verizon Wireless, BellSouth, AT&T and US Cellular.

Throughout my 16 year career with the company now known as Verizon Wireless, I progressed through positions and appointments of increasing scope throughout the US and in Osaka, Japan.
