For my role of founding of Forward Female Coaching, I have to manage many factors. Parents (being flexible around to fit in sessions), my employees (ensuring they are happy within their roles and when they're working and the players (tailoring each session to the players needs and standards).

During my time at Lincoln City I have worked predominantly on the girls pathway. I began volunteering within this following my work experience and then being offered a job managing the Wildcats. This then led to me shadowing more experienced coaches in the girls ETC pathway where I now co-coach on not only the girls development side (U12, U15/16) but also the girls etc on the U13 age group. This role ensures I have good communication skills and a high level of coaching knowledge in order to maintain the standard of the Lincoln City ETC.

This role has meant I work alongside many different co-workers and managers on a flexible shift pattern. I have to manage different situations and circumstances and navigate the most suitable solution in order to put the customer first and keep them happy! This role allows me to work many different stations and over the previous 3 years I have gained more knowledge to help new crew members ease into their new jobs as well.

This role allowed me to step into the 'world of work' at 14 and work alongside adults as managers, coaches and those employing me. Over the 3 years I covered games from U6-U16 exciting my love further for the game.
