This was the largest software company acqusition at the time. Career highlights including growing a brand new product in a highly competitive marketing to a $40M product line and market leader in 4 years, developing and managing strategic relationships with HP and IBM, managing a $200M+ business unit with over 200 employees worldwide and 35 software products, and running the HR organization when Legent was acquired by CA - Legent had 3,000 employees at the time. Other notable responsibilities/recognition included the first woman VP, youngest corporate officer and the first recepient of the Legent STAR award.
