Compliance, Forensics and IntelligenceAt Control Risks, I conduct research in support of due diligence, business and strategic intelligence exercises across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal. ​Recent cases at I have managed at CR include: ​*An investigative due diligence into two recruiting agencies in Bangladesh for a shipping conglomerate that wanted to ensure if the agencies were complying with the best practises for recruitment, training and deployment. The assignment also included looking into employee welfare standards during the recruitment and training phase.* An investigative due diligence into a real estate conglomerate based in West Bengal and its promoters. The assignment included looking at the quality of real estate projects constructed by the company, issues of bribery and corruption, and political affiliation. * A due diligence on several key principals of a real estate company headquartered in Bangalore. The assignment included investigating alleged involvement of the CEO and his family members with a politician on a corruption issue which was under investigation by an Indian regulatory agency. ​*Investigation support in Bangladesh on behalf of a global telecom company. The assignment included investigating suspicious vendor and employee relations, identifying potential conflict of interests, and verifying allegations of corruption. ​*A due diligence for a piece of land acquired by an international client in Bangladesh through one of its joint ventures with a Bangladesh based company. The client wanted an understanding of the process of acquiring the land, and if there any issues of concern pertaining to it.

As the Director of Conference Programming for HPAIR- Asia conference in New Delhi which was held from August 20-24, 2022, I liasioned with various speakers across Asia from diverse fields. I also developed the conference schedule, topics, talking points, and handled speaker logistics. Apart from this, I was also managing the Impact Challenge- the flagship event of HPAIR, where I onboarded Impact challenge partners and alongside them, designed case studies for the delegates.

Initiated 30+ cross-cultural dialogues and discussions across diverse professionals from BRICS and beyond. For the chamber, I implemented and developed various marketing and outreach plans as well as curated graphical content for their social media handles. I also worked for all the events conducted by the Chamber in field of ideation, implementation, outreach and logistics. I contributed in the business development of the chamber by bringing in new members and sponsorships for events. Apart from this, I also looked after the Project Associate and Interns Program at BRICS CCI where I onboarded and trained over 15 young individuals. I was also responsible for the documentation of all official paper works of the Chamber and provided administrative assistance whenever required. Since the inception of the BRICS CCI Young leaders- the youth vertical of the Chamber, I had worked on all its initiatives, ideated new concepts, and also developed a network of 3000+ youth leaders under this vertical.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive social media plan for Project UDAYA (Understanding the lives of adolescents and young adults in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh), supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Packard Foundation. This project was undertaken by Baatein in collaboration with the YP Foundation and the Population Council of India. For the same, I also liasioned with various social media influencers for curating content on Instagram and handled UDAYA's Twitter Marathon Campaign.

I conducted local surveys in Assamese and undertook translation projects for the Assam State Assembly Elections in 2021. Apart from this, I also worked on drafting parliamentary questions for the Budget Session of the Indian Parliament in 2021.

Researched and created a database for Project Azadi in three northern states of India- UP, Haryana and Delhi. Apart from this, I also authored and published research articles covering policy and environment for Spontaneous Order-Centre for Civil Society's online blog. I also helped in designing and creating video content for the Agriculture Advocacy Project.

Led a dance group of 16 students from Hindu College and created a contemporary piece which led our team in 2020 to win the first position as the best Choreography Society in Delhi University. The dance piece was a commentary on non-conformity and misfits in the society which we highlighted through a snippet of the Salem Witch trials.

Simultaneously networked and collaborated with various professionals from think tanks, government ministries, embassies, and policy circles based in Delhi and Mumbai.

I was working in the Countering Violent Extremism vertical of ORF, under which I contributed to research articles and worked for the project’s flagship international conference- Tackling Insurgent Ideologies 2.0 in 2019.

Chaired a bilateral forum recognized by the British High Commission, New Delhi which focused on working towards the expansion of India-U.K bilateral relations and the role of youth.
