Co-coordinating with the Design department for drawing clarifications, Monitoring overall productivity, Keeping track of project schedule, Preparation of bar bending schedule, preparing Labor and material requirement at site.Making weekly and monthly work schedules based on the master schedule. Proper schedule preparation for daily work. Monitoring Effective usage of equipment and manpower. Liaison with consultants and subcontractors. Co-ordination with different sections such as Drawing, MEP, Logistic and Purchase. Keep following the specifications, drawings, and method of statements.

Projects: Baisan Tower @ Hoora and Residential villa Projects @ Riffa ………………………………………………………………..: May 20O2 – Feb 2005 (3 years) • As a Senior Project Engineer Organize the team, material, and machinery as on the client’s schedule and directly reporting to the Construction Manager regards to progress and other construction issues.• Ensure the inspection Requests; RFI; concrete and other material requests in advance; Machinery hiring and de hire in time;• arranging the client as well as the sub con, safety, quality meetings ;• Monitor the manpower usage with the cost estimate ;• Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports; • Preparing the Monthly and weekly schedule and checklist to avoid the delay in site;• Liaison with the client, MEP, Design, Engineering, procurement, Quality, HSE departments; etc. also part of my scope of work.• In Which I oversaw a team of 180 skilled workers with 6 foremen and 3 junior engineers

Daily duties include monitoring Inspection Requests to the consultants at each level of the project, Getting approval from the consultant, Preparing and sending Daily Reports to the Department. Preparing method statements for the special type of work. Prepare and submit the Inspection form to the consultants in advance. Preparing the casting plan, crane schedule, delivery schedule on a daily and weekly basis, etc. In this project directly supervise the stages of excavation and backfilling, DOKA Form system for Retaining wall and Roof slabs, Civil works, RCC structure, and waterproofing work, etc. Executed the internal finishing works such as blockwork, plastering, partitioning, and false ceiling works, Tiles and Granite floorings, Painting, etc.
