My career experiences and skills have grown from my childhood hobbies: reading, writing, organising and a compulsive need for a foolproof explanation of events as they occur. I love to come up with improvements to various stories, adding & documenting my own versions as I go along. I’ve been able to channel all of my interests through my current role of a solutions consultant, a business analyst, a project manager & a content strategist. As a consultant when I get into a job, I commit to understanding the client business and end-user needs inside out. In my current role as a CRM specialist, I help my clients understand how to use a CRM as a strategy (revolving around the core elements of data, technology, process & culture) to further their business objectives. Aspiring to grow into the role of a product manager one day, my primary focus is on understanding customer development & UX strategies, learning agile & rapid prototyping and most importantly, working along the common thread running through the various divisions of engineering, data analytics, marketing & sales teams. Academically, I am fascinated by the world of data, mathematics & astronomy. In free time, I work on passion projects, combining these fields.Besides reading (literature & political thrillers being my favourite genres), I am a huge sports enthusiast & an active baseball, cricket, badminton player. If philately were a career option, I would have gladly pursued it. I have a passion for debating & consider myself a good negotiator.
