Implemented new financial controls, a new accounting system that allowed the correct follow up of budget and cost lines for the different projects. Investing Division

Managed investments for USD 3.5 billion in fixed income and proactively looked for new investment opportunities.Co-developed the new investment module to establish projected revenues of life annuities using actual market conditions helping the board of directors’ strategic decisions.Established the investing budget plan for the holding. Presented the complete budget to the board of directors for three consecutive years. The plans were executed with a 90% of accuracy.Led the IFRS Committee establishing the new procedures and methodologies in the valuation of financial Instruments. Coordinated the operation, accountability and financial control departments to establish the new procedures and changes in the operational systems.Managed bank relations growing credit line allocations by 20%.

Commercial Division

Co-developed the annual report of commercial statistics of the commercial division for upper management. Generated periodic reports for the commercial division and upper management providing statistical data for costumer behavior analysis that ended in a new campaign of customer retention based on cross sells.
