- Configuration of DDoS proctection services via Neterra's own Firewall (including configuration of thresholds and tuning Firewall settings as per customer traffic/usage).- Configuration of DDoS proctection solution via 3rd party provider (Voxility).- Configuration of network nodes and migration of IP services- Working on wide range of IP services and products: such as Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN, WAN optimization, SDWAN, Managed services for end customers and etc.- Troubleshoot and isolate/fix all kind of dificult cases in an Ethernet network.- Supervising the work of Junior and NOC engineers.- Configuring multi-vendor network (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, HPE, Extreme Networks, Mikrotik, Fortigate, BIRD, QUAGGA)

- Pro-actively identify, troubleshoot, escalate and follow-through with relevant departments to resolve technical problems which may impact quality of customer services.- Performing diagnostic and troubleshoot on all network and customer faults.- Generating action plan to troubleshoot all transmission technologies such as PDH, SDH, DWDM, Ethernet.- Working on incidents to resolve them in a good time manner.- Working with customers and other external and internal teams- Supervising the work of Junior NOC engineers

- Using network monitoring tools to observe and check quality of core network and customer services.- Troubleshooting specific network issues as per established procedures.- Proactively working and troubleshooting all kind of transmission technologies such as PDH, SDH, DWDM, Ethernet.- Track problems of proactive and reactive issues in Trouble Ticket system.- Coordinate activities with field engineers and Vendor representatives to diagnose and isolate faults.- First Line Support (including hands and eyes) for colocated customers in Neterra Data Center - SDC.- Keep documentation for customer services up to date.
