As a manager I've been responsible for all aspects related to the day-to-day operations in the dental practice. This includes human resource management, financial management, IT systems, customer (patients) management, facility management and other operational aspects.

For the Dutch and Belgian market, Sebastiaan was responsible for all activities related to the Protiviti Governance Portal (e-GRC software). This included (pre-)sales, demonstrations, RFI's and RFP's for prospects and software package implementations and ongoing support for clients. This related to GRC functions Risk & Control Management, Internal Audit, Compliance management, SOX/Financial Controls, Policy management and Information Security. The clients are active in different industries, such as Industrial Products, Technology, Medical and Financial Services.Before focusing on the Governance Portal, Sebastiaan worked on several small projects regarding SOx and Lender Due Diligence.

As a project leader Sebastiaan van Alphen has gained experience with banks in both the retail as corporate business. In the past years he has fulfilled the role of project leader for several projects within ASR Bank, ABN AMRO and he fulfilled the role of Basel II project leader within VWPFS. Next to this, Sebastiaan is a Risk Management expert within the financial services industry, different roles in multiple projects at different companies.
