My career started in NYC working for one of the largest staffing firms specializing in providing Temporary staffing to the Wall Street community. I opened VanClief Personnel Systems which provided staffing solutions to the top companies throughout NYC. After selling my business I joined Robert Half Int'l, where I held various roles with increased responsibility leading to a Regional Manager role where I oversaw 12 offices in Florida. I transferred to Pa. in 2000 and transitioned into A&F recruiting and became one of the top 10 recruiters worldwide. I joined QUAD656 in 2003 where I launched the temporary staffing division and since 2004 I've been a Director of Permanent Staffing. I specialize in Accounting, Finance, Administration and Manufacturing operations. I have been recognized as "Consultant of the Year" several times. My success stems from my passion for the staffing profession and my ability to bring people together. I truly enjoy developing relationships with my clients and candidates and I've been fortunate to see countless rewards from those relationships.
