As a team coach at Aimforthemoon I supported teams in executing the lean startup methodology. Which assumptions do we need to validate and how do we need to validate them? Teams I've coached: Shell, Klasmann Deilmann, Baas B.V., Sportbedrijf Arnhem. Next to coaching these teams I supported the Aimforthemoon Support Team in creating and fine-tuning a process for the corporate startup teams and tools which could be used for that process. My last role at Aimforthemoon was leading the Hema Foundation Accelerator, which was organized together with the Hema Foundation and Reframing Studio.

As an entrepreneur I joined the Corporate startup of Klasmann Deilmann (KD) at Aimforthemoon. KD is a global player in the substrate industry and was looking for new digital innovations. Together with another entrepreneur and two members of KD I participated in the first phase of the corporate startup. We visited and interviewed growers to get insights about their daily jobs and problems which we used to develop value propositions.

One year after participating in the Slow Food Youth Network Academy I joined the Academy again, but this time as a coach. In this role I coached one of the academy's teams in realizing a successful case. I challenged them in making a good planning and taking the right steps. Besides that I aligned with the different stakeholders to keep them on the right track.

Within the InnovationTeam of Albert Heijn I analyzed the external market, spotted new opportunities and created new concepts from a customer perspective. After creating a concept I validated the customer need/problem, the proposition and finally the solution. If the tests were successful the concept would go into a next phase (pilot or project).

With a team of four we ran several tests and pilots by using the lean startup methodology at Albert Heijn online. For example: AppieNow; one-hour goceries delivery in the city center of Amsterdam. And Zaan Traiteur: quality meal delivery in a small city.

Slow Food Youth Network Academy is an interactive program with young professionals and students that are active in the food system. In this program I gained extra knowledge about sustainability in the food system with the goal to create and implement ideas for a good, clean and fair food system.
